Bio
Dr. Edward Esparza’s focus is to provide system-wide policy and program guidance. He earned a bachelor’s degree in social science from Washington State University. A master’s degree from Seattle University’s Executive Leadership and Non-Profit Leadership program and his doctorate at Oregon State University’s Higher Education Administration and Community College Leadership program. He completed a certificate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from South Florida University and extensive graduate study in Human Resource management.
